A robust yet professional, clean looking real estate themed website template for individual real estate agents. Highly customizable to make each site as unique as possible. Including property photo listing, search engine and lead generation form plugin/functionality.

There are more than 1.2 Million members of NAR (National Association of REALTORS). However, this figure does not include the total number of additional real estate agents that are not REALTORS or members of NAR.

So the answer is simple, it is well worth developing a template that serves the real estate people especially when it is a buyers market now.

Regarding community/social theme for Joomla:

We’ve released the colorful Creativa themelet and worked closely with the Jomsocial team to develop a stronger Jomsocial base template (yet to be released/integrated by the Jomsocial team).

Jomsocial integrates well with the Morph framework (which powers Creativa), but at the moment the integration is not 100% complete with regards to styling.

Not sure about this one yet, but will keep it in mind for possible extension of the Morph framework.
SuperSlider Module with automatic change of Pic

Hi Guy, I'm using your super slider module and is gorgeous! the only missing thing is to activate a kind of slideshow that allow to automatic cycle on the pic. It would be great have this functionality i really need it!

Gaming template

Our templates are built so that they can be used for any website theme, like gaming etc.

However, we’ve seen this suggestion quite a few times and are curious: what makes a template a ‘gaming’ template?
